At Baba Bath, we take pride in delivering premium bathroom accessories, LED mirrors, mirror cabinets, and fittings crafted with precision and quality control. We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications before placing an order. Our return policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting product integrity.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any request raised after 30 days will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. All original packaging, fittings, manuals, screws, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact. The item must not show any signs of installation, drilling, scratches, or handling damage.
Due to hygiene, safety, and installation sensitivity, products once installed are strictly non-returnable.
This includes LED mirrors, mirror cabinets, taps, and all bathroom hardware products.
3. Methods of Return
Baba Bath offers the following return methods:
A. Return by Courier (Customer Arranged)
For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, customers must arrange a courier service and ship the product to our Delhi warehouse after return approval.
Return shipping charges in such cases are borne by the customer.
B. Reverse Pickup (Company Arranged)
In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, Baba Bath may arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in the customer’s area, the customer may ship the product and share the courier receipt. Approved shipping charges will be reimbursed.
C. In-Store Return
Customers may also return eligible products directly at our physical store location in Delhi within the return window, along with the original invoice and packaging.
(Store returns must still meet eligibility conditions.)
4. Return Shipping Cost
For returns initiated due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering by mistake, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Customers must arrange courier shipment to our Delhi warehouse. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Estimated return shipping charges in customer-paid cases are as follows:
Small accessories: ₹150 – ₹300
Medium hardware products: ₹250 – ₹500
LED mirrors and mirror cabinets: ₹800 – ₹1,500
Actual return shipping cost may vary depending on courier service and delivery location.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products (after verification), Baba Bath will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse courier charges against a valid receipt.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are required to share clear product photographs and an unboxing video for verification. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for approval.
Upon successful verification, we will offer a replacement or refund (if replacement is unavailable).
6. Return Process
To initiate a return request, please email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and supporting photographs.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of bank details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in approved cases involving defective or incorrect products.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Restocking Fee
Baba Bath may apply a restocking fee in specific cases to cover inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs.
For approved returns initiated due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering by mistake, a restocking fee of 5% of the product value may be deducted from the refund amount.
No restocking fee will be charged in cases involving:
Manufacturing defects
Transit damage
Incorrect product delivered
The restocking fee, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of return approval.
11. Return Label Policy
Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-defective returns, Baba Bath does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our Delhi warehouse.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Product
For approved defective or damaged product cases, Baba Bath will:
Arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partner
OR
Provide a prepaid return shipping label (where serviceable)
If prepaid label service is unavailable in the customer’s area, courier charges paid by the customer will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
12. Exchange Policy
At Baba Bath, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every product meets our premium standards. Due to the nature of bathroom fittings and installation-sensitive products, exchanges are offered under limited circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Transit damage
- Incorrect product delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and an unboxing video.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product model. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchanges are not permitted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect model selection by customer
- Color or size preference change
- Product upgrade or downgrade requests
- Installed products
In such cases, customers may initiate a return (if eligible within 30 days and unused) and place a new order separately.
Exchange Shipping Charges
For approved exchange cases involving defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, Baba Bath will bear the shipping cost and arrange reverse pickup where serviceable.
