1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Return requests must be initiated through our website or customer support before sending the product back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that are damaged due to improper installation or use.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Please pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the issue to assist with resolution.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
